Supervision is an essential component of practice for therapists, clinicians, students and leaders. Supervision Convo provides professional and clinically informed supervision to therapists working in private practice, healthcare settings and students. Supervision will focus around core themes for individuals supporting patients with mental health needs, including PTSD, grief and loss, co-morbid mental health issues, inpatient mental health settings, staff leadership and program coordination. Supervision includes: - Reflective Practice - Work Place Challenges - Ethical Issues - Self-Care - Boundaries - Professional Identity - Student placement Support - Career planning Supervision provided: Supervision will provide a space for you to reflect, develop, grow as a clinician and explore the ethical standards of your discipline. You can explore client related issues, assessment, diagnosis and treatment modalities. The goals for supervision will be established at the first session and can be reviewed at each session if needed. There can be an administrative support function to your supervision and goal setting for future professional development and tasks.
