Supervision is an essential component of practice for all healthcare students developing their skills and completing their workplace placements. Supervision is often a new and unfamiliar process for students. We can assist in the development of their foundational knowledge and draw together theory and practice. At supervision convo, we can communicate with your university to assist in exploring challenges or barriers to navigating student placements. Students continue to experience personal stress when completing their academic requirements, supervision, debriefing and clinical reflection will support students in completing their education and student placements.
